It was great to have a fully enclosed veranda where our dog could roam freely. The peacefulness of the site made it a truly relaxing getaway. We also appreciated the convenience of having a dishwasher and washing machine, which both worked effectively. The showers had constant hot water, and the heating system worked well when we needed it. The provided amenities like fresh towels, toilet rolls, and basic kitchen supplies were a nice touch. We also appreciated the quietness of the site, making it a peaceful retreat. The double bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The single beds in the lodge could be more comfortable, especially for seniors. there were some cleanliness issues, such as opened food and leftover items from previous occupants.

Hesket Caravan Park Plot Number 7 provided us with a lovely, spacious caravan that had a comfortable, homely feel to it. The fully enclosed veranda was a great feature for our dog, and we enjoyed the outdoor furniture and stunning sunsets. The double bed was really comfy with clean sheets, and the twin bedrooms were cozy as well. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of a dishwasher. The views over the fields were beautiful, and the site itself was clean and well-maintained. our stay was enjoyable and relaxing.
One drawback was that there was a limited amount of crockery in the caravan, which meant we had to use the dishwasher daily to have enough for our meals. Additionally, the double bed was not as comfortable as our own at home, but that's more of a personal preference.
